When the arcade or road land has a government-approved vendor’s business, can the landowner request to revoke the vendor’s business license? What procedures must be followed?
1. An application can be made by attaching relevant evidence.
2. By the current "Taipei City Vendor Management Autonomous Regulations," applications for setting up vendors, if it involves private land and does not violate the current laws and regulations, the owner's consent shall be submitted.
3. If the owner of the land where the vendors set up their business submits a letter of objection or disapproval to the Taipei City Market Administration Office and submits a copy of the land and building improvements ownership certificate, the vendor will be asked to other empty booths in public retail markets or other legal locations.
