Disabled and aboriginal citizens, after renting their booths from the Taipei City Market Administration Office, because of the lack of business and poor management, if they want to give up their right to rent, can they apply for other empty booths in the future?
Yes, they can still apply for the allocation of booths again.
By the Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Disabled and the Principles of Standard Rent Allocation of Booths (Shops) in the Public Retail Market in Taipei City, the Administration Office guides the disabled to apply for vacant market booths. There is no regulation saying that the disabled cannot apply for an empty booth after giving up once.
