Residents who choose to use the right to use for 50 years must sign the "Administrative Contract for the Use of Public Premises in Dalong Community Building, Taipei City" with the office. Article 9 Item 1 of the contract stipulates that "The premises used by Party B shall be limited to the current state of use. Suppose it is necessary to repair or modify the facilities of the house. In that case, Party B shall not damage the function and structure or reduce the value of the original building and shall obtain the written consent of Party A before doing so. Party B shall bear the repair or installation cost on its own." And Item 3 stipulates that "If Party B needs to obtain the permission according to the relevant construction laws and fire protection regulations for the previous behavior, it shall apply for approval before doing so."
