Suppose an original stall (booth) user cannot operate the stall himself (herself) due to physical or mental disability or old age and infirmity. In that case, his/her spouse and immediate family members must send one of them as a representative to the Taipei City Market Administration Office within three months from the fact-happened day applying for the change of the user's name.

The required documents are as follows: - A photocopy of the applicant's identity card (front and back).
- The original booth contract.
- Complete payment of the use fee receipts for the stall (booth) in the most recent three months.
- Relevant certification documents for water, electricity, cleaning, management, and various apportionable expenses that have not been owed to the autonomous organization of the market.
- Two two-inch photos of the applicant within one year.
- Proof that the original stall (booth) user is physically or mentally disabled or infirm who cannot operate it in person (handbook for disabled persons, medical institution certification documents or relevant certification documents, etc.).
- The identity card of the user of the original stall (booth).
- The declaration of the family system statement proves the user of the original stall (booth) lives together with the applicant.
- A copy of the household register of the user of the original stall (booth) and the user of the new stall (booth) or an electronic household register transcript within the last three months (proving that they are current residents and including detailed notes).
- The surrender document of the right of use and the photocopy of the ID card (front and back) of the co-living spouse and immediate relatives of the original stall (shop) user other than the applicant; or the certified public documents the original user's co-living spouse and immediate family members renounce the right.
Precautions: - It shall be handled within three months from the day following the fact that the original stall (booth) user cannot operate in person due to physical or mental disabilities or old age and infirmity.
- The applicant is 20 years old or underage but married and registered as a citizen of this city and conforms to the principle of one household one share.
- The applicant is the spouse and immediate family member of the original stall (booth).
