If residents in Da-Long Community choose the 50-year use right plan, can their use right be transferred?
The transfer can be made only if the following conditions are met:
1. It has been more than 5 years since Party A handed over the premises specified in this contract to Party B.
2. The transferee is a national of the Republic of China who has reached 20.
3. The transferee, his/her spouse, immediate family members, and spouse do not own their residences in Taipei City.
4. The transferee has no criminal record.
In addition, the transfer contract signed by the user and the transferee, together with the total period of use, shall not exceed 50 years.
