Market Name Jinan Market History and Characteristics The market was rebuilt in 1984, where during the Japanese ruling era it was call "Showa Market". In April 1985 when the market reopened, it was changed to "Longan Market". Later in 1991, it was renamed as "Jingan Market", to which antiques and ancient cultural crafts are sold.
