Taipei City Market Administration Office

In 1961, vendors gather at the current market site on Yongji Road, and the government expropriated the land and renovation began in 2009. The new plan consisted of 70 stalls in total: 38 vendor stalls in the main market, 20 stalls on steel frames and 12 temporary stalls where all sorts of fresh food and commodities are sold.
