1. The original tenant:
(1). Original Identity Card
(2). Photocopy of the front and back of the ID card
(3). Original booth lease (administrative) contract
(4). The seal of the original contract
(5). Receipt of rent bills for the last three months
(6). Proof of settlement of utilities and management fees (certificate issued by the local government)

2. Assignee:
(1). Original Identity Card
(2). Photocopy of the front and back of the ID card
(3). A copy of the account book
(4). Seal
(5). Registered in Taipei City for 6 months
(6).2 2-inch color photos

3. Guarantor:
(1). Photocopy of the front and back of the ID card
(2). Seal

Precautions:
1. The original tenant's lease must expire for two years
2. The transferee may not rent a booth in this market or other public markets in this city
