What are the qualifications for applying for a license for a seller of agricultural products (including fruits, vegetables, meat, poultry, and fishery products) and the required documents?
Eligibility:
According to the Measures for the Counseling and Management of Agricultural Products Traffickers, those who apply for a trafficker license shall meet the following standards:
1. For sole proprietors, the capital should be no less than NT$200,000.
2. The partnership organizers' capital shall not be less than NT$1 million.
3. For company organizers, the paid-in capital shall not be less than NT$2 million.
Documents to be prepared by the applicant:
1. One copy of the application form. You can go to the "Taipei City Government Citizen Service Platform" to search for "Case Name" and then click to enter "Apply for the Taipei City's Approval of Agricultural Products Trafficker License" to download the application form.
2. A copy of the business registration certificate or company license certificate.
3. Two recent 1-inch half-length and cap-off photos (if only one original certificate is issued and two photos are attached, and one additional certificate is issued, one additional photo must be attached, and so on, limited to company organizations).
4. Photocopy of ID card
5. The certificate fee is NT 180.
